Adobe Buzzword
Adobe has been developing like crazy lately, adding Buzzword to Photoshop Express released earlier this year.
I have only tried it for half an hour, but it looks polished and Adobe is touting it as being better than other offerings from Google and others, because being Flash based it behaves more like a traditional office suite.
While it may not replace the Office 2007 install you may (or may not) have just paid for, it is definitely a look into the future of Web Based Applications.
